COVID-19 Overall Transmission

The map above shows an assessment of the overall transmission of COVID-19, showing which countries have suppressed the virus and where COVID-19 is spreading. The assessment is based on the methodology described in the Lancet COVID-19 Commission Statement on the occasion of the 75th session of the UN General Assembly. It is based on two key measures: new cases per million and the positive test rate. The assessment is updated daily from Monday to Friday.
