As part of the learning that UNICEF current evaluation work is expected to foster amongst CO staff as well their in-country partners, we would like to share with you this 3D Animation that the UNICEF Regional Office for West and Central Africa (WCARO) developed on the following theme: “How to better engage with children and young people in evaluation”.  These 3D Animations are available on YouTube in 4 languages (English, French, Spanish and Portuguese)

Children have the right to be heard and adults have the duty to listen. This principle should be followed every time you start planning an evaluation of initiatives, programmes and policies aimed at children, and develop your Terms of Reference
