The Keeping Zambian Girls and Boys Safe Online project has produced four animated videos depicting common situations that thoughtless behaviour on-line can lead to. The video’s message to children is that help and support is available and worth seeking. The toll-free helpline of Save the Children’s partner Lifeline/Childline is advertised at the end of the video.

The videos have been aired on Zambian television and in connection with the use of a free Wi-Fi hotspot. Dissemination of skills and knowledge related to digital security and well-being is a practical way to safeguard children’s rights.
