National Evaluation Capacity Development (NECD) is a fundamental norm endorsed by UNEG. As quoted in our 2018 Revised Evaluation Policy: “UNICEF seeks to help national authorities to evaluate their own programmes and to contribute to the strengthening of evaluation capacity in countries”. The Evaluation Function of the EAP Region has organized a series of one hour Learning Webinars on Evaluation as one of its key initiatives on NECD in 2021. Details can be found through our link here
