Tapiwa Bengewa is 19-year-old Christian, U6 student at Gokomere High School studying Management of Business, Economics and Computer Science. He is an outgoing Junior Senator for Masvingo District, Vice President Education for Gokomere Toastmasters, a consistent writer for the Sunday Mail Bridge, a Sports and Art Correspondent for Catholic Diocese of Masvingo Patavari, Youth Representative on the Simukaupenye Integrated Youth Academy Board of Directors, an Environmentalist, member of Zimbabwe Youth Biodiversity Network and the Founder & Executive Director of Wekwedu Youth With Difference. He advocates for youth inclusion in policymaking, cutting down marginalization in rural communities by making opportunities accessible for all. He is a child rights advocate and has represented Masvingo Province on a dialogue on Convention of Children`s Rights Celebrations at the Swedish Embassy, he strongly condemns any form of human rights violation - he is a Gender Champion with Dutch Embassy Hre
